Rescheduling
Need to change your appointment? No problem!

Free rescheduling if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a $40 rescheduling fee (or 25% of the service total, whichever is higher) may apply.

Frequent last-minute changes may require prepayment for future bookings.
Cancellations
We reserve your time just for you, so when a cancellation happens last-minute, it’s hard for us to fill that spot.
Notice Given - Fee Applied
24+ hours before - No charge
Within 24 hours - 50% of the total service will be charged
Same-day or when the team arrives - Full service charge applies
Access to Your Property
If our cleaners arrive and can’t access your property (no one home, no key/code, or locked out), it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the full service fee will apply.
Weather & Emergencies
Your safety and our team’s safety come first! If there’s severe weather or an unexpected emergency, we’ll gladly reschedule your appointment for free. Just let us know as soon as possible.
